Holiday Schedule for April 30th, 2025 and May 1st, 2025

To: Valued Customers, Partners, and All Employees of  PHAN LE M&E

On the occasion of Southern Liberation Day (April 30th) and International Labor Day (May 1st), PHAN LE M&E would like to extend our best wishes to all customers, partners, and employees. We hereby announce the company’s holiday schedule as follows:

Holiday period: From Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 (Lunar: April 3rd) to Thursday, May 1st, 2025 (Lunar: April 4th).

Work resumes: Friday, May 2nd, 2025 (Lunar: April 5th).

Work preparation before the holiday:

Office Division: On Tuesday afternoon, April 29th, 2025, all departments are requested to clean and organize their work areas neatly.

Construction Division: The team will have two days off according to the general schedule. However, to ensure construction progress at project sites, the Construction Operations Department requests all engineers, staff, and workers to comply accordingly. Personnel will be assigned for on-duty shifts, warehouse protection, and site supervision to ensure safety and prevent fire hazards or theft during the holiday period.

During the holiday, for urgent matters, please contact the assigned on-duty personnel.
