National Day Holiday Schedule – September 2nd, 2025

To: Valued Customers, Partners, and All Employees of  PHAN LE M&E

On the occasion of  Vietnam National Day – September 2nd, 2025, PHAN LE M&E  would like to extend our warmest wishes to our valued customers, partners, and all employees, wishing you and your families a joyful and peaceful holiday.

We would like to inform you of the company’s holiday schedule as follows:

Holiday period: From Monday, September 1st, 2025 (Lunar: July 10th)  to Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 (Lunar: July 11th)

Work resumes: Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 (Lunar: July 12th)

For the Office Division:

On Saturday morning, August 30th, 2025, all office departments are requested to tidy up their workplaces and check fire safety and equipment before the holiday.

For the Construction Division:

The construction teams will follow the holiday schedule issued by the site manager. However, to ensure project progress, the PHAN LE M&E Construction Operations Department requests all engineers, staff, and workers at the project sites to comply accordingly.

The department will assign personnel for on-duty shifts, warehouse protection, and site security to ensure safety and prevent fire incidents or theft during the holiday period.

During the holiday, for urgent matters, please contact the designated on-duty personnel.
